This is possibly the best 35mm film camera available for the amateur photographer. In point-and-shoot mode it is simple to use, and has a very good zoom feature.The flash provides options for different situations (although, as mentioned in a previous review, the "red-eye reduction" flash works best in a "situation of saying" cheese). It has some good optional manual features for those who want to experiment.Better yet, it takes great pictures. I have run several rolls through mine, and I prefer the results more than what I get from my 6MP digital camera.If anyone would like to take the next step on the pocket, the camera, IS - 5 will be perfect..
